Content Plans

Content plans are where you create adaptations in CreateTOTALLY. They allow you to organise content easily, grouping all related adaptations together, by campaign and media type.

You can create a content plan either by preparing a spreadsheet with the details of each adaptation you require and uploading it directly into CreateTOTALLY or by using the simple create adaptation form.

Proof gallery

Within the content plan, a proof gallery is available. This allows you to quickly review the proof of each adaptation. If you are assigned as a reviewer of the proof you can also approve or request changes directly from here.
